Our Lady of Peace Post 1947 of the Catholic War Veterans of the U.S.A. is a 501(c)(19) tax-exempt veterans' organization. When ordering Wreath(s) from Wreaths Across America, please enter the Group ID# NVCWV1947 on the form and on your check.

Please note: that there will be no orders honored after November 25, 2010, for this year in order that the ceremonies at the state and National cemeteries can coordinate on Saturday, December 11, 2010, at 12 Noon EST.

You will find a list of Cemetery ID#s by state, cemetery name, and city on the Wreaths Across America website, under the Locations tab at the top of the page. Please note, your sponsorship places a wreath on a Veteran's grave at the designated cemetery. Requests for placement on specific grave sites is beyond the scope of what can be done. The Cemetery ID# on the following form NVSVMB indicates Nevada State Veterans Memorial (Cemetery) at Boulder City. (form consists of two pages, you can print them back-to-back for mailing):
